In less than a week, RISE will be making its mark on the city of Hong Kong. As far as we’re concerned it can’t come soon enough, and we hope you feel the same way.
Now it’s time to nail down the practicalities and get ready for RISE.
First things first, download our app. It’s a must-have for the conference and contains the QR code that will get you through the door. Not sure where to find your QR code? Take a look at the diagram below for details.
Step two, ID. All great encounters begin with an introduction, and you’ll need government approved ID to enter the conference. We accept:
– Driver’s licence
– Government-issued national ID card
Now onto the finer details.
Where will registration take place?
Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre
1 Expo Drive, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.
Pre-registration will be happening on Monday July 9, but you will be able to register each day of the conference.
Monday, July 9: 12pm – 8:00pm
Tuesday, July 10: 9am – 5pm
Wednesday, July 11: 9am – 5pm
Thursday, July 12: 9am – 3pm
There will be separate queues for each attendee type. Don’t worry if you’re unsure where to go, our lovely volunteers will be on hand to help you.
Here’s the serious bit (stern voice). At the registration desk, you’ll receive two pieces of accreditation: a lanyard and a wristband. Be sure to wear both at all times during the conference: the lanyard around your neck, and the wristband on your wrist. We’ve taken your feedback on board from the last conference, and will be providing plastic wristbands instead of fabric this year.
Any signs that your wristband has been tampered with will result in your ticket being voided.
Replacing one piece of lost accreditation will cost US$100. Replacing both items will cost US$1,629 – the current price of a ticket.
