RISE is bringing people from all around the world to Hong Kong. If you’re new to the city, here’s all you need to know about transport for getting around the city.

To and from the airport

You have three options when travelling from the airport to the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. You can take the A11 or E11 bus routes from the airport to the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. This includes a changeover to 40M en route. The estimated time is 80 minutes and cost is approximately $40 HKD/$5 USD. The second option is via the MTR (subway). You can take this directly from the airport station. This route also includes a changeover at Wanchai station. The estimated time is 40 mins and will cost approximately $105 HKD/$13.50 USD. Alternatively you can take an urban taxi (red in colour). The journey will take 45 minutes or so and cost approximately $290 HKD/$38 USD. The main drop-off and collection point is the Harbour Road Entrance, which has a taxi station. There is also a secondary entrance at Expo Drive.

To and from Night Summit

Screen Shot 2016-05-25 at 18.30.25 RISE goes beyond the 9-5. We’ll be taking over specific zones in the city for Night Summit in association with Gormei. Night Summit locations are all approximately 30/40 minute walking distance from the RISE venue. Check out Gormei’s site to see the venues on the map.
